Welcome to the 1000 Giving Gardens Portal!

The 1000 Giving Gardens Initiative is our movement to spread more gardens to more neighborhoods. Our goal is to establish 1,000 public-access gardens — and we need community leaders like YOU to help us get there.

Selected gardens will receive ample garden resources, training on Giving Garden growing techniques, and ongoing support from our team to ensure an abundant harvest in 2026 and beyond.

While the Spring 2026 application cycle has closed, we still want to hear from you! Please submit an application to express interest in hosting a garden. All current submissions will be considered for our Spring 2027 cohort, with the possibility of an earlier start date if resources and capacity allow.
